My sisters and I had a fantastic experience overall. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff, who truly made us feel at home. The service throughout our stay was definitely 5-star. Both supper and breakfast were lovely. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, though I do feel it could be improved by offering a bit more variety. That said, everything we had was tasty and well-prepared. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel as a whole really stood out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of my personal highlights was the shower - the water pressure was just perfect, making for a very refreshing experience.

Excellent location, and staff were always courteous and willing to help. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre which is great. There was construction being done at the shopping centre which created a lot of noise. The evening that we checked in, I asked about the noise, the manager contacted the shopping centre and got the "drilling" noise stopped before evening approached.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and large. I liked the personal welcome message on the TV screen on arrival. The view out of my window was great. Shower and bath tab were great too.

My breakfast during my stay was great! It offered a good variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences and health needs. There were plenty of fresh fruits, whole grains, and protein-rich choices like eggs and yogurt, making it easy to find something that suited my taste and kept me energized throughout the morning. The selection was both healthy and flavorful, and I appreciated the variety that ensured there was something for everyone, whether they were looking for a light or more substantial meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing particularly the ever cheerful female chef at the egg station, the waiters (we will never forget Jordan) and the porters. Loved the breakfast, the omelets were my favorite! Really great location and the connection of the hotel to the mall is a huge plus.
